Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principles

At SCOPE AI HUB, we strive to provide high-quality technical education. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the students and the institute, ensuring that administrative costs are covered while providing flexibility where possible.

After successful payment of the course fee, classes will commence within 24 to 48 hours. This timeframe allows us to coordinate schedules with our trainers, who are working professionals, and ensure a smooth start.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration Fees: The initial seat booking or registration fee is non-refundable.
• Learning Materials: Any fees paid for physical books, software licenses, or digital access codes already issued.
• Prorated Tuition: Fees for classes already attended or modules already completed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must submit a formal written application via email to infoscopeaihub@gmail.com. The request must include:

• Full Student Name & Enrollment ID
• Copy of the original payment receipt
• Detailed reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days via the original payment method.

5. Batch Transfer Option

As an alternative to a refund, students may request a one-time transfer to a future batch, subject to the following conditions:

• The transfer request must be submitted in writing to infoscopeaihub@gmail.com before the original batch commencement date.
• Batch transfers are permitted only once per enrollment and are subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
• No additional fee is charged for the first batch transfer. Subsequent transfer requests (if approved at the institute's discretion) may incur an administrative fee.
• Transfers are generally applicable only to a future batch of the same enrolled course. However, requests to transfer to a different course may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on course availability, scheduling, and technical feasibility. Any difference in course fees will be charged accordingly.
